This just in. The gang from Fukuburger is moving out of F.A.M.E. at The Linq and into Hawaiian Marketplace. The only food truck to appear on the Eater 38 is part of the renovation of the market that sits across from Aria.

Even more changes are coming for the much-hated marketplace. RatHaus, a 6,540-square-foot bar and restaurant, is going in to the former 7-Eleven space next to the future home of Fukuburger facing the Strip, and a central bar is proposed to take over the hawker booths at the front.
For Fukuburger, that means an end to its food truck stall inside F.A.M.E., its first Vegas bricks-and-mortar home at The Linq. F.A.M.E.’s parent company HIG Management says an issue with the bathrooms is temporarily shutting down the Asian market until they can reach a new agreement with Caesars Entertainment to use the mall’s bathrooms.
HIG is also behind the Fukuburger move to the Hawaiian Marketplace, where it manages some of the fast food concepts including the Asian China Max, Italian Dino's Little Italy and Mexican DJ's Taco Bar.
